Dosage

RSO is very potent, regardless of dosage size. We recommend that you start with a drop the size of about half a grain of rice. Each 1 ml syringe of cherry oil will contain approximately 20-30 doses based on this measurement. If this is your first time using RSO, we recommend that you wait until the following day to increase the dosage. For example, you might not feel as much of a buzz as you expected after only 1 drop. However, this is a valuable test of your tolerance level. After that, you can try two drops the following day and see how that feels. Once you can become accustomed to having RSO in your system, you can move to more frequent use of up to every 8 hours.
